I have spent almost twenty years as an academic scientist and a decade as a data scientist consulting for global organisations like the UN, World Bank, and AUS Aid working on research to improve outcomes in the global economic south. I founded Ai Her Way in 2023. Ai Her Way is an AI consultancy firm built by women for women, guiding female-founded businesses to operate "AI-first" while championing ethical practices and gender equality. I focus on blending operational efficiency with ethical AI deployment, fueled by my belief in AI's power to address universal challenges and drive meaningful societal shifts. In the last 9 months I have taught and worked with over a thousand individuals - arming them with the knowledge to utilise AI responsibly, boosting business efficiencies and enabling leaders to focus on what truly matters. I’m passionate about ensuring women have a seat at the AI table and are a loud voice in the fourth Industrial Revolution.
